Please do some research before you purchase an Emtek door handle. I wished that I had done that before I purchased several of these locks. I have a custom home with but high end products and door handles that look beautiful,but don't work! I should have picked Baldwin instead. I thought I was getting a high quality item for a little less money than Baldwin, but I was wrong. I got an far inferior product. These handles have a nice look, but I have had so many problems with my door handles, that it's not tolerable any more. I am about to take the loss and change them all. If I regret one single thing in my remodeling job, it is that I chose Emtek door handles.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After having the lever come off the front door and be unrepairable I am now replacing from a different manufacturer. Emtech offers no support of their products have the initial purchase.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
